Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Salesforce Administrator with 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing our Salesforce platform across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize CRM processes and improve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities


Salesforce Administration
Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.
Configure lead, account, contact, and opportunity management processes.
Create and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and page layouts.
Build and optimize Flow automations, approval processes, and business rules.
Perform data updates, data imports, deduplication, and ongoing data hygiene.
Ensure data integrity through regular audits, cleansing, and backups.
Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Salesforce support when needed.

Sales/ Service/ Experience Cloud Responsibilities
Design and implement automation including flows, triggers, and approval processes to streamline operations.
Build custom reports and dashboards for sales, service and partner portal teams and leadership.
Enhance sales workflows and automate manual tasks to increase efficiency.
Manage case lifecycle processes, queues, assignment rules, SLAs, and escalation logic.
Streamline support processes for improved user experience.
Manage and support sales partner portals.
Set up Experience Cloud users, roles, and access-level settings.
Maintain portal pages, navigation, branding, and overall user experience.
Coordinate with internal teams to update content and improve engagement.
Perform system upgrades and manage integrations with third-party software to enhance functionality.
 

Required Qualifications

2-5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Proficiency in Salesforce Flow, reports, dashboards, and automation tools.
Knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and permission models.
Experience with data migration using Data Loader or similar tools.
Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
 
Bachelor s degree in any field
Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) - highly preferred.
Relevant technical certifications are a plus.
Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL, or integration concepts is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of Core Java, HTML, CSS, SQL, Python.
