Manage and optimize Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and core CRM objects for healthcare, medical, and life sciences workflows (patients, providers, referrals, case management).
Configure security and compliance controls: roles, profiles, permission sets, FLS, sharing rules, audit trails; support HIPAA-aligned data handling and PHI access principles.
Build and maintain data models, validation rules, flows, approval processes, and automation to reduce manual work and improve data quality.
Administer integrations with EHR/EMR and healthcare data sources using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools; troubleshoot sync, mapping, and reconciliation issues.
Perform data operations: imports/exports, deduplication, normalization, data governance, and migration between sandboxes and production.
Create dashboards and reports for clinical ops, patient services, commercial teams, and regulatory KPIs; ensure accurate metrics and role-based visibility.
Support release management: sandbox strategy, change sets/DevOps tools, UAT coordination, regression checks, and documentation.
Maintain industries-specific configurations and best practices (e.g., care plans, utilization, patient support programs, HCP account hierarchies).
Provide L1/L2 admin support for US-based users during USA hours, including ticket triage, root-cause analysis, and user training.
