GIS Data Architect - 8+ years of experience

Onsite - Saudi Arabia - Riyadh

Required Qualifications & Skills:

● Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in GIS, Geoinformatics, Geography, Urban Planning, or a related field. ● Experience:

● 8+ years in GIS architecture and geospatial data engineering.

● At least 3 years designing and implementing solutions using Esri's ArcGIS suite.

● Proven experience with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and integration with non-spatial enterprise systems.

Technical Expertise:

● Strong command of spatial databases (e.g., enterprise geodatabases, PostgreSQL/PostGIS, Oracle with Esri ST_Geometry).

● Proficiency in Python scripting (ArcPy), ModelBuilder, and automation of geospatial workflows.

● Experience in publishing, configuring, and maintaining map services and feature services using ArcGIS Server.

● Familiarity with Esri's geospatial analytics, 3D GIS, and field mobility solutions (e.g., Survey123, Collector, Field Maps).

Preferred Competencies

● Esri Technical Certification (e.g., ArcGIS Desktop, Enterprise Administration, or Enterprise Geodata Management).

● Experience with Esri-based digital twins and 3D city modeling.

● Understanding of INSPIRE, ISO 19115, and other geospatial metadata and interoperability standards.
