You will be joining our Business Applications team as a DealHub(CPQ) & Salesforce Administrator, where you will be pivotal in supporting our quote and opportunity management processes. This role involves working closely with stakeholders across various countries to ensure smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include administering, configuring, and continuously enhancing the DealHub CPQ platform and Salesforce. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of technical expertise and soft skills, allowing them to work autonomously, communicate effectively, and take complete ownership of their tasks. Your primary focus will be on managing and optimizing the quote and opportunity processes throughout the organization. You will be tasked with designing, implementing, and enhancing scalable solutions for quote and opportunity management. Additionally, you will be responsible for automating workflows, maintaining data integrity, and managing user roles and permissions. As the subject matter expert for Salesforce and CPQ within the quote-to-opportunity process, you will collaborate with various departments such as sales, operations, finance, and IT to gather requirements and implement enhancements. Troubleshooting system issues independently and proactively will also be part of your role. To be successful in this position, you should have at least 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience and be proficient in configuration, automation, and platform customization. Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred. Experience with CPQ tools, particularly DealHub, is highly desirable, along with a strong understanding of pricing models, quoting, and proposal generation. An in-depth knowledge of opportunity lifecycle, quoting strategies, and sales operations is essential. You should be capable of recommending and implementing improvements that boost efficiency and data accuracy. Project management skills are also crucial, as you will be managing multiple projects simultaneously and leading system implementations or enhancements. Additionally, familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal) will be advantageous. A strong sense of ownership, self-drive, collaborative attitude, and adaptability to a fast-paced global environment with multiple stakeholders are qualities that will contribute to your success in this role.,
