As a Salesforce Administrator at Utilities One, you will have the opportunity to play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform. Your expertise will be instrumental in integrating Salesforce with Jira to enhance team collaboration and streamline operations. By working closely with stakeholders from various departments, you will gather requirements, implement solutions, and provide ongoing support and training to ensure the effective utilization of Salesforce tools. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the integration of Salesforce with Jira to support ticket tracking, cross-functional workflows, and project management - Manage and customize Salesforce instances to align with business needs and goals - Configure and maintain user accounts, profiles, and permissions - Implement workflows, process automation, and validation rules to streamline processes - Create and maintain reports and dashboards for insights into sales performance and customer data - Provide training and support to users for effective utilization of Salesforce tools - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for new features and enhancements - Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and recommend improvements - Monitor and troubleshoot system issues for optimal performance and data integrity - Assist in data migrations and management to ensure accuracy and compliance with data governance policies **Qualifications Required:** - Experience integrating Salesforce with Jira - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field - Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices - Salesforce Administrator certification is highly desirable - Strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud - Proficiency in building reports, dashboards, and process automation within Salesforce - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment - Experience with data management tools and data migration processes - Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components is a plus Join Utilities One and be part of a dynamic work environment with a competitive salary package, professional development opportunities, and the chance to contribute to a fast-growing international company making a significant impact in its industry.,
