Key Responsibilities for this role:

Reporting & Analytics (Primary Focus)

  • Build, maintain, and optimize

    Salesforce reports and dashboards

    for:
    • VP of Sales
    • CEO
    • Sales leadership and account executives

  • Create

    daily, weekly, and monthly automated reporting packages

    that provide visibility into:
    • Pipeline growth
    • Lead flow and conversion
    • Sales cycle metrics
    • Win/loss analysis
    • Rep activity performance (calls, emails, demos, follow-ups)
    • Forecast accuracy and attainment
    • MRR/ARR trending and quota progress
  • Ensure all dashboards are

    accurate, real-time, and reflect best practices

    in Salesforce reporting.

Salesforce Administration

  • Own the day-to-day administration of Salesforce, including:
    • User setup, permissions, profiles, and roles
    • Page layouts, fields, objects, validation rules, flows, and automations
    • Data quality management (duplicate resolution, field hygiene, imports/exports)
  • Maintain and enhance the Salesforce platform to support sales processes and RevOps initiatives.
  • Optimise lead routing, opportunity stages, pipeline management workflows, and automation.

Sales Enablement & Process Improvement

  • Work with Sales Leadership to define and improve KPI definitions and performance benchmarks.
  • Partner with RevOps/Finance to ensure clean, accurate data for forecasting.
  • Train sales reps and managers on the use of dashboards, reports, and best practices.
  • Document processes and maintain clear SOPs for reporting and analytics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Support the CEO with executive-level data needed for board meetings, investor updates, and strategic planning.
  • Work closely with Marketing to build reports on campaign effectiveness and lead quality.
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success when Salesforce data intersects with customer lifecycle metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years as a

    Salesforce Administrator

    or similar role.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201)

    strongly preferred.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Salesforce Reports & Dashboards
    • Salesforce Flows/Automation
    • Data Management (imports, cleansing, deduplication)
    • Opportunity & pipeline management structures
  • Proven experience supporting

    Sales, RevOps, or GTM teams

    .
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work at a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate executive-level requirements into actionable reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models.
  • Require B.Tech /B.E in Computer Science/IT/Any discipline

  • Familiarity with tools like

    HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong

    , or similar GTM platforms.
  • Experience building executive dashboards with MRR/ARR reporting
