Description :
  • Administer and configure Salesforce CRM, ensuring proper setup and alignment with business needs.

  • Create and manage custom dashboards, reports, and workflows to support various departments.

  • Build and optimize sequences and automation workflows to enhance marketing, sales, and customer service processes.

  • Perform regular data imports, exports, and integrations with other tools as needed.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues, providing technical support to users.

  • Train and support team members on Salesforce best practices, ensuring effective platform usage.

  • Stay updated with new Salesforce features and updates, to implement to optimize business processes.

  • Monitor system performance, ensuring data integrity and proper usage across teams.

Skill Requirements - Essential :
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

  • Minimum 5 years of dedicated experience working with Salesforce CRM in a technical or admin capacity.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce's reporting, dashboard, workflow, and sequence-building capabilities.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Skill Requirements - Preferable :
  • DevOps Methodology work experience.

  • Certification in relevant work domain.
