If you're still watching YouTube tutorials on padding vs. margin, do not apply. --- ✅ You MUST Have: 5+ years of real-world experience designing WordPress websites from scratch—not just editing pre-built templates. Deep understanding of Figma-to-WordPress translation, responsive design, modern UX/UI principles, and conversion-focused layout strategy. Mastery in Gutenberg (preferred), GenerateBlocks, or Cwicly—and can build a page block-by-block without Elementor or crutches.
