Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager - Training who will be responsible for developing and delivering effective training programs for our sales teams and ensuring consistent quality in communication, process adherence, and performance. This role requires a hands-on leader with deep sales knowledge, excellent coaching skills, and a strong understanding of metrics-driven performance improvement. Roles and Responsibilities: β Design and implement training programs (Product, Process, Soft Skills, Sales Techniques) tailored for new joiners and existing sales teams β Conduct regular training needs analysis and refreshers to improve performance β Monitor, assess, and improve the quality of customer interactions across all channels β Evaluate team performance using key metrics such as Conversion Rates, Call Quality, Compliance, etc. β Deliver feedback and coaching to improve communication, sales pitch, and adherence to process β Collaborate with Sales, HR, and Ops teams to align training with business goals β Prepare reports and present insights to leadership on training effectiveness and quality improvement Key Skills: β Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Sales, preferably in a tele-sales or B2C setup β At least 5+ years of proven experience in training and quality, especially for customer-facing or sales teams β Data-driven mindset with proficiency in performance metrics analysis β Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills β Ability to assess performance gaps and design targeted interventions β Hands-on experience with CRM & Telephony Systems and Quality Tools is a plus Location: HSR Layout in Bangalore Working Days: 6 Days a Week Show more Show less
