Sales Training Manager

As a Sales Trainer from the industry, you will be responsible for training candidates in Australian B2B/B2C sales processes, recruiting, and onboarding them. You should have experience in high-volume hiring, onboarding, and training in fast-paced environments. Your role will involve developing structured training materials quickly, coaching, and improving sales performance efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Specialize in international sales training and talent acquisition - Identify and hire suitable candidates for training roles in the solar/energy sector - Train and hire for digital sales teams - Build training modules using digital tools and implement fast-paced hiring and training strategies - Train and hire for high-ticket, solution-based selling in the Tech & SaaS Sales domain - Recruit sales professionals in retail & telecom sectors with consultative selling expertise Qualifications Required: - Masters degree preferred - 4 years of experience as a Sales Trainer preferred - Proficiency in English preferred The company offers benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, paid time off, and provident fund.
