Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs to enhance sales performance and productivity.
Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to ensure continuous learning and skill development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
Design and deliver customized training materials and content to meet specific business objectives.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
Provide coaching and mentoring to sales team members to improve their selling skills and performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales training and development, with a minimum of 9 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to design and deliver engaging and interactive training content.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate training effectiveness.
Experience working with sales teams and contributing to business growth and success.
