Sales Training Manager

As a Training & Development Specialist at the company, your responsibilities will include: - Designing training & test modules based on the identified needs of the clients - Maintaining regular correspondence with clients to clarify process updates and ensuring smooth communication with Operations - Resolving issues related to process knowledge for clients effectively - Ensuring that Quality, CSAT, and Resolution scores for the batch meet the defined norms within the first month of production - Conducting interviews and collaborating with HR for recruiting trainers / trainees - Ensuring 100% adherence to client-driven SOP & BEST T&D compliance - Preparing Trainers through TTT/ Platform skills certification - Coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure the New Hire training process runs effectively - Preparing and attending all business / client reviews, and working on action plans to improve business performance - Understanding root cause analysis & reasons to enhance performance - Interacting with the IT team for the creation and deletion of IDs for new team members - Delivering Customer Service with Sales - Driving Process Excellence and Process Improvement Initiatives - Supporting Innovation & Continuous Improvement to enhance sales performance - Demonstrating engaging communication skills - Coaching & Developing Others - Supporting and monitoring new trainees during the OJT (On the Job Training) period - Creating new product-specific sales training curriculum - Applying knowledge of training ideologies such as the Kirkpatrick model, KSA, TNA, TNI, etc. - Mandate experience in sales training from a BPO Background Kindly share your resume at Vaishali.vaishali27@teleperformance.com.
