Effective communicator
1. To plan and design the training roadmap for the sales workforce.
2. To partner in the TNI process and use various diagnostics tools like FGDs, questionnaire etc. to identify the needs of a particular geography.
3. Execution of the approved training calendar for the targeted group.
4. To conduct follow-up sessions and monitor impact of the training programs.
5. To partner with the senior leadership in organizing coaching and sessions for the focused groups.
6. To conduct Induction and functional orientation for the Sales workforce and counsellors.
7. To collaborate with the corporate training team in execution of the overall training calendar.
8. To partner in organizing various employee engagement initiatives.
9. Any other task /project based activities assigned by the management.
