Sales Training Manager

Role Overview: As a Manager - Training at WorkIndia, your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver effective training programs for our sales teams. You will play a crucial role in ensuring consistent quality in communication, process adherence, and performance. To excel in this role, you must be a dynamic leader with deep sales knowledge, exceptional coaching skills, and a keen understanding of metrics-driven performance improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement training programs covering Product, Process, Soft Skills, and Sales Techniques for both new joiners and existing sales teams. - Conduct regular training needs analysis and provide refresher sessions to enhance team performance. - Monitor, assess, and enhance the quality of customer interactions across all communication channels. - Evaluate team performance based on key metrics such as Conversion Rates, Call Quality, and Compliance to drive continuous improvement. - Offer feedback and coaching to enhance communication, sales pitch, and adherence to processes. - Collaborate closely with Sales, HR, and Ops teams to align training initiatives with overall business objectives. - Prepare detailed reports and present insights to the leadership team on training effectiveness and quality enhancement. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3+ years of hands-on sales experience, preferably in tele-sales or B2C environments. - At least 5+ years of proven experience in training and quality management, particularly for customer-facing or sales teams. - Possess a data-driven mindset with expertise in performance metrics analysis. - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential. - Ability to identify performance gaps and develop targeted interventions for improvement. - Experience with CRM & Telephony Systems, as well as Quality Tools, will be an added advantage.
