Role : Data Analyst (Marketing & Growth team) What you will be doing Marketing & Growth Analysis: Analyze data related to user acquisition channels, retention cohorts, retargeting campaigns, and customer lifecycle behavior. Dashboarding & Reporting: Build dashboards and automated reports to track key performance metrics and campaign effectiveness. Data-Driven Insights: Identify user trends, behavioral patterns, and opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, and long-term retention. Business Impact Analysis: Investigate drivers of business performance and recommend actionable strategies based on quantitative evidence. Process Optimization: Collaborate on improving internal data pipelines, collection methodologies, and reporting accuracy to support fast-moving teams. Project Ownership: Independently lead analytical initiatives from question definition to stakeholder presentation. What you will need A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably in startups Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and visualization software (e.g., Tableau) Experience working with growth marketing, funnel metrics, retention analysis, or campaign performance is a strong plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering, , statistics, mathematics or economics Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Location : HSR Layout in Bangalore (Onsite 5 days a week) Show more Show less
