Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Write efficient and optimized SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
Analyze structured and semi-structured datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
Build dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analyses to support business decisions
Perform data validation, quality checks, and ensure accuracy of insights
Identify opportunities to improve processes, metrics, and reporting efficiency
Present findings clearly through visualizations and concise storytelling
Support experimentation, cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and KPI tracking

Required Skills & Qualifications

1-3 years of hands-on experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role
Strong proficiency in SQL (joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions, performance tuning)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to thinking
Experience working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.)
Good understanding of business metrics and data-driven decision-making.
Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments
