The Associate Director – Sales Excellence will lead our efforts to drive efficiency, consistency, and quality across Sales and Operations. This role will anchor three pillars: Process Design & Optimization , Training & Capability Building , and Quality Assurance . You will work with leadership to build processes that scale, train our front-line teams, and ensure high-quality execution across every customer touchpoint.. Your responsibilities in this role will be: Help in improving sales efficiency by improving revenue per sales person Design, optimize, and standardize processes across Sales and Operations to drive efficiency and consistency. Identify performance gaps, conduct root cause analysis, and lead process improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Ops) to drive automation and scalable workflow solutions. Define and implement SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs for core business functions. Own the end-to-end training charter for Sales and Operations teams — including onboarding and continuous capability development. Design and implement engaging training programs covering product, process, systems, and soft skills. Partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training interventions. Build and manage a team or network of trainers, content developers, and program coordinators. Develop and lead structured quality audit mechanisms across sales and ops workflows. Create and manage review checklists, audit frameworks, and scorecards to ensure adherence to SOPs.. Ideal profile for this role: 8–12 years of experience in process excellence, training, or operations strategy roles, ideally with 5+ years leading cross-functional teams. Background in customer experience, inside sales, or field ops is a strong advantage. Proven ability to scale systems and programs in high-growth, fast-paced environments (startups preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau. Lean Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt) is a plus. Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills. Hands-on, execution-focused, and thrives in ambiguity. Skill-sets required for this role: High on ownership, responsibility and bias for action Data-driven, ability to break down problems Should have worked in aggressive target driven culture A highly positive growth mindset, always forward-looking and seeking solutions in the face of challenges A good business understanding, first principles and common sense thinking Should be able to collaborate with different teams Should have displayed an urge of rapidly growing within an organization and take higher responsibilities What’s in it for you?
