Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Training Manager to lead, design, and implement effective sales training programs at Sakhiya Skin Clinic, Surat. The role requires building strong sales competencies, enhancing consultation quality, improving conversion ratios, and ensuring consistent training standards across the clinic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement structured sales training programs for new and existing sales teams.
• Train teams on product knowledge, consultation techniques, customer handling, objection management, upselling & cross-selling.
• Conduct classroom training, on-floor coaching, audits, refresher programs, and performance-based training.
• Assess training effectiveness using data-driven evaluation methods and KPIs.
• Identify skill gaps and design customized training modules.
• Collaborate with Management, Sales Heads, and Clinic Leadership to align training strategies with business objectives.
• Prepare training calendars, assessments, reports, and feedback documentation.
• Ensure adherence to sales SOPs, communication standards, and compliance guidelines.
• Continuously monitor market trends and competitor practices to upgrade training methodology.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / Postgraduate preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Training / Sales Development roles.
• Experience in Healthcare / Aesthetic / Cosmetic / Service Industry preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical ability with an understanding of sales metrics.
• Proficiency in MS Office and training tools.

Salary: Best in Industry. Joining: Immediate / As per notice period

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
