Floor Manager

Job Title: Floor ManagerJob Summary:

The Floor Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations on the clinic floor. This includes managing staff, overseeing patient/client experience, monitoring service quality, and ensuring all standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed to maintain the highest standards of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage floor staff (therapists, counselors, front desk executives, etc.).
• Ensure excellent patient/client service and handle escalations promptly.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure workflow efficiency and adherence to SOPs.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and support staff for smooth execution of appointments and treatments.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards on the clinic floor.
• Track patient flow, reduce waiting time, and manage scheduling effectively.
• Ensure availability of required materials, consumables, and equipment.
• Motivate and train team members for continuous improvement in performance.
• Maintain records, generate reports, and update management on floor activities.
• Support in achieving sales targets by promoting services and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Hospitality, Healthcare, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in floor/operations management (preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or retail).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism.
• Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and management software.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
