Floor Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations management, leading a team, monitoring performance, optimizing processes, training new team members, resolving issues, maintaining accurate records, collaborating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the day-to-day activities on the floor, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. - Lead and support team members, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment. - Track and analyse key performance metrics, provide feedback, and implement improvements as necessary. - Identify areas for operational improvement and collaborate with management to implement best practices. - Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members, ensuring they understand processes and expectations. - Act as a point of contact for escalated issues, working to resolve them quickly and effectively. - Maintain accurate records of floor activities and prepare reports for management to inform decision-making. - Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment on operational goals and customer satisfaction. - Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, or a related field preferred. - 2 to 4 years of experience in floor management from BPO industry or collection. - Managing and Supervising the tele-calling team, ensuring a smooth flow of work. - Strong organizational and leadership skills. - Candidate has to be well-spoken and comfortable in stakeholder management. - Proficiency in using operational software and tools. - Ability to analyse data and identify trends for improvement.
