Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Floor Manager located in Dwarka. The Floor Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing inventory, creating staff schedules, training employees, and ensuring the store is well-organized and presentable. The Floor Manager will also address customer inquiries and concerns, and ensure that the store meets sales targets.
