Floor Manager Cum Office Coordinator:

Key Responsibilities1. Floor Management

• Oversee day-to-day functioning of the factory/production floor.
• Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and adherence to company policies.
• Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health & safety standards.
• Coordinate with production, stores, and dispatch teams for smooth workflow.
• Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and utility management on the shop floor.

2. Office Coordination

• Handle office administrative tasks including stationery, equipment, and facilities.
• Coordinate with HR for employee attendance, leave management, and staff welfare activities.
• Manage communication between departments and escalate issues to management.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training activities as required.
• Maintain records of office maintenance, AMC, and vendor management.
• Required Qualifications & Skills
• Graduate in Business Administration / Operations / Management (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in office administration or floor supervision in a manufacturing setup.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with factory operations, safety norms, and compliance will be an added advantage.
