Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead the floor staff to achieve individual and team sales targets. Monitor and maintain floor operations, including customer service, sales, and product display standards. Ensure effective visual merchandising and adherence to brand guidelines. Handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, stock movement, and showroom KPIs. Coordinate with store management and back-office teams for stock replenishment and inventory control. Conduct regular floor walks to check product availability, cleanliness, and overall presentation. Train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver excellent service and improve sales techniques. Implement company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure compliance. Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, discounts, and special events. Requirements Bachelors degree in Business or Retail Management, or a related field (preferred). 5 or more years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
