• Staff Management: Supervise, train, and schedule employees, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Customer Experience: Focus on customer service, resolve complaints, and foster a positive environment to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Operations & Efficiency: Manage daily operations, ensure smooth workflow, and maintain high standards for cleanliness and organization.
• Sales & Merchandising (Retail): Oversee sales displays, monitor product inventory, and ensure correct pricing to maximize sales and profitability.
• Technical Operations (TV/Broadcasting): Manage the studio environment, coordinate crew and equipment, and ensure smooth execution of broadcasts by relaying cues between the director and on-floor talent.
• Conflict Resolution: Address customer and employee conflicts, finding solutions and escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, ensure product quality, and manage purchase orders and invoices for sold goods.
