Job Description

An E-Commerce Executive manages a company's online sales and presence by overseeing e-commerce platforms, developing digital marketing strategies, and optimizing product listings to drive traffic and sales. Key responsibilities include analyzing sales data, enhancing user experience, coordinating marketing and logistics, and ensuring product visibility on various marketplaces. Essential skills for this role include proficiency in e-commerce platforms (like Shopify), digital marketing tools (such as Google Analytics), SEO/SEM techniques, and strong analytical and communication skills. Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Management:Oversee and manage the company's online store or e-commerce platforms.
  • Product Optimization:Ensure products are accurately listed, categorized, and optimized for visibility and sales on marketplaces and the company website.
  • Marketing & Sales:Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, implement strategies to increase traffic and conversions, and manage online payments.
  • Data Analysis:Monitor, analyze, and report on website traffic, sales data, and key performance metrics to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • User Experience:Implement strategies to improve the online shopping experience and customer journey on the website.
  • Coordination:Collaborate with marketing, sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure the success of e-commerce operations.
  • Customer Support:Handle and resolve customer inquiries, providing timely and effective support.
  • Market Research:Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on e-commerce industry trends.

Required Skills

  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce), digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and content management systems.
  • Digital Marketing: Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media management, and advertising.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze sales data, website traffic, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to process data and develop effective strategies for online growth.
  • Project Management: Skills to manage multiple tasks, campaigns, and platforms simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
