Floor Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train floor staff to deliver high-quality customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocking, and ensure merchandise is attractively displayed.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and maintain a clean, safe, well-organized environment.
• Address customer complaints and queries promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Implement company policies, compliance standards, and health/safety regulations.
• Analyze sales figures, develop strategies to improve profitability, and report performance to senior management.
• Prepare staff schedules to ensure optimal floor coverage during peak hours.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in inventory management, staff scheduling, and retail operations.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and solve operational challenges proactively.
• Proficiency with inventory/POS systems and retail management software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory or managerial retail experience.

Typical Duties

• Assign tasks and monitor staff performance.
• Maintain records of sales, staff performance, and daily operations.
• Collaborate with other departments for smooth operational flow and promotions.
• Ensure proper handling of cash transactions and reconcile daily sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹32,000.00 per month
