• Designs and delivers comprehensive sales training programs.
• Develops structured onboarding modules for new sales hires.
• Conducts engaging workshops on sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Provides one-on-one coaching to improve sales performance.
• Identifies skill gaps through performance evaluation and feedback.
• Collaborates with Sales and Marketing to align training initiatives.
• Creates high-quality training materials, presentations, and scripts.
• Evaluates training effectiveness using assessments and metrics.
• Supports rollout of new products, tools, and sales processes.
• Delivers refresher training to reinforce and update skills.
• Customizes training for different teams and experience levels.
• Implements coaching frameworks to build long-term sales capability.
• Uses data analysis to optimize training content and methods.
• Leverages e-learning platforms and technology for virtual training.
• Maintains organized training documentation and knowledge libraries

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
