Sales Training Manager

Role Overview: As a Sales Trainer Manager at Chandigarh University, your primary responsibility will be to design, deliver, and manage training programs that enhance the sales performance of the Admissions & Outreach teams. Your focus will be on improving communication, counseling, sales conversion, and customer-handling skills to ensure high-quality engagement with prospective students and partners. Key Responsibilities: - Design comprehensive sales training modules for admissions counselors, outreach executives, and regional teams. - Develop training content on sales processes, objection handling, lead conversion, CRM usage, communication skills, and university program knowledge. - Create onboarding training programs for new team members. - Conduct regular classroom training, virtual sessions, workshops, and role-plays. - Evaluate individual and team performance through assessments, audits, and call monitoring. - Standardize sales scripts, counseling frameworks, and follow-up guidelines. - Work closely with Admissions, Outreach, Marketing, and Regional Offices for training alignment. - Maintain training records, attendance, assessments, and progress reports. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree required; Masters in Management/Marketing preferred. - 5-10 years of experience in sales training, sales management, or L&D, preferably in education, EdTech, or service sector. - Proven experience in improving sales performance through structured training.
