As a Sales Trainer in our company, you will be responsible for training and onboarding candidates with experience in Australian B2B/B2C sales processes. We are specifically looking for individuals who can recruit and onboard candidates and are skilled in developing structured training materials quickly. Your role will involve coaching and improving sales performance in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit and onboard candidates with experience in Australian B2B/B2C sales processes - Develop structured training materials quickly - Coach and improve sales performance in a fast-paced environment - Identify and hire suitable candidates for training roles in the solar/energy sector - Train and hire for high-ticket, solution-based selling in the Tech & SaaS sales sector - Recruit sales professionals in the retail & telecom sector with consultative selling expertise Qualifications Required: - 4 years of experience as a Sales Trainer (Preferred) - Master's degree (Preferred) - Proficiency in English (Preferred) In addition to the above qualifications, you will be working full-time on a permanent basis with benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, paid time off, and provident fund.
