Sales Trainer

As a Sales Trainer at Tiron, you will be responsible for conducting in-person product and sales training sessions at various Tiron experience stores across India. Your role will involve explaining technical features, functions, and advantages of Tiron robotic vacuum cleaners, training teams on upselling, cross-selling, and closing techniques, supporting live product demos, evaluating the skill levels of store teams, and providing feedback to management. Additionally, you will stay updated with market and competitor trends to refine training materials. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-person product & sales training sessions at stores. - Explain technical features, functions, and advantages of Tiron robotic vacuum cleaners. - Train teams on upselling, cross-selling, and closing techniques. - Support live product demos and assist during customer interactions if required. - Evaluate the skill levels of store teams and provide feedback to management. - Stay updated with market and competitor trends to refine training materials. Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of experience in sales or product training, preferably in consumer electronics or home appliances. - Good understanding of robotic vacuum cleaners, sensor-based products, or smart home devices. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to simplify technical concepts for easy understanding. - Willingness to travel frequently across different store locations. - Must be based in or willing to report to Chennai. In addition to the above, candidates with experience working with brands like Dyson, Eureka Forbes, Mi, or other premium home appliance companies and those with multilingual abilities (English + regional languages) are preferred.
