We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Area Sales Manager to spearhead franchise acquisition and development in Bangalore and surrounding regions. This role involves identifying and onboarding new franchise partners, nurturing strong relationships with existing partners, driving their sales performance, and training their sales staff. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in channel development and a passion for building scalable retail networks. Key Responsibilities: Franchise Onboarding & Development: Identify potential franchise partners through market mapping, local networking, and outreach. Pitch the company’s franchise model and onboard new franchisees as per expansion goals. Conduct territory-wise franchise planning to ensure optimum market coverage. Relationship Management: Build and maintain a strong, trust-based relationship with all franchise partners. Serve as the single point of contact for all business-related queries and operational support. Ensure franchisees are aligned with brand values, policies, and performance expectations. Sales Performance & Growth: Support franchisees in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop sales strategies and campaigns to help improve product visibility and sell-through at each franchise point. Monitor sales metrics and offer guidance for improvements. Team Training & Support: Train franchise sales teams on product knowledge, sales pitches, lead conversion, and CRM tools. Conduct regular performance reviews and improvement sessions for sales staff. Organize refresher training and incentive programs to keep teams motivated. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred. 3–6 years of experience in franchise acquisition, channel sales, or business development. Proven ability to grow and manage a partner network or franchise base. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Willing to travel extensively within Bangalore and nearby regions. Fluent in English and Kannada (preferred). Preferred Industry Backgrounds: Consumer electronics, home appliances, retail franchising, or D2C brand experience. Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on E-Commerce Sales Manager to drive online sales through our Shopify website and leading marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart. This role is based at our Chennai office and will be central to our growth journey. Key Responsibilities Shopify (Direct-to-Consumer): - Manage & optimize listings, pricing, offers, and website content. - Improve customer journey & checkout conversion. - Work with marketing team on campaigns (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads). Marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart) - Handle seller accounts, product listings, and catalog management. - Optimize keywords, A+ content, and review ratings. - Run and monitor paid campaigns (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads). - Track competition and marketplace trends.
