Technical Manager

Role Overview

Technical Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain in-depth understanding of

    robotic vacuum cleaners and sensor-based devices

    .
  • Train and support

    service engineers

    with product operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with

    sales teams

    to explain technical features and assist in pre-sales discussions.
  • Lead

    root-cause analysis

    and coordinate with R&D for product improvements.
  • Develop and maintain

    technical manuals

    , guides, and training materials.
  • Streamline communication between

    technical and sales teams

    for smooth workflows.
  • Drive

    quality assurance

    , testing protocols, and performance evaluations.

Technical Expertise

  • Strong foundation in

    Robotics & Mechatronics

    – mechanical design, sensors (LiDAR, camera, bump), and actuators.
  • Hands-on experience with

    sensor-based consumer products

    .

  • Embedded Systems & Programming:

    Proficiency in

    C/C++

    , understanding of

    RTOS

    and hardware interfacing.
  • Familiarity with

    SLAM, navigation, AI, and obstacle avoidance

    concepts.
  • Knowledge of

    PCB design, motor control, battery systems, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, and OTA updates

  • Experience in

    testing, FMEA, and quality control
