Zonal Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage sales operations across South Indian states (Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala).
• Develop and implement zonal sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Drive revenue growth by achieving zonal sales targets and expanding market presence.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives/managers to achieve performance excellence.
• Conduct market research, analyze competitor activities, and identify new opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, franchisees, and key accounts.
• Oversee product launches, promotional campaigns, and local marketing initiatives.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.
• Ensure CRM updates and maintain accurate sales records across the zone.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8–12 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in consumer electronics, home appliances, or FMCG.
• Strong leadership, team management, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam) is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the zone.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Management or related field preferred.
