Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Sales Manager located in Chennai. The Zonal Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales in the designated zone, developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, and ensuring the achievement of organizational goals. The candidate will also be responsible for market analysis, customer relationship management, and collaborating with other departments to optimize sales performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management and team leadership
• Strong understanding of Pharmaceutical products and industry regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
• Proficiency in market analysis and customer relationship management
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
