B2B Sales Manager Key Accounts & Gifting

As an experienced B2B Sales Manager at Tiron, your primary responsibility will be to spearhead corporate gifting, channel partner rewards, and institutional bulk sales across India. You will be leading the sales efforts in corporate gifting, festive & loyalty programs, and bulk institutional deals. It is essential to have a strong background in key account & enterprise sales to open doors with large corporates and drive channel programs to expand Tiron's presence in the B2B & institutional space. Your key responsibilities will include: - Acquiring & growing corporate, institutional, and channel partner accounts nationwide. - Leading sales in corporate gifting, festive & loyalty programs, and bulk institutional deals. - Building strong connections with decision-makers (HR, Admin, Procurement, Marketing, Dealer Networks) across various industries. - Managing the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to pitching, negotiation, and closure. - Delivering results against aggressive growth targets and scaling Tiron's B2B business across India. - Collaborating with marketing & operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. In order to excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with: - 7-12 years of B2B sales experience in corporate gifting, institutional sales, channel sales, or consumer durables. - Demonstrated success in key account & enterprise sales. - Strong corporate connections across multiple regions in India. - Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills. - Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to lead national accounts effectively.
