Job Description

As an experienced B2B Sales Manager at Tiron, you will play a crucial role in spearheading corporate gifting, channel partner rewards, and institutional bulk sales across India. Your responsibilities will include acquiring and growing corporate, institutional, and channel partner accounts nationwide. Additionally, you will lead sales in corporate gifting, festive & loyalty programs, and bulk institutional deals. Building strong connects with decision-makers across various industries such as HR, Admin, Procurement, Marketing, and Dealer Networks will be imperative. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure. Your ability to deliver against aggressive growth targets and scale Tirons B2B business PAN-India will be key. Collaboration with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire & grow corporate, institutional, and channel partner accounts nationwide. - Lead sales in corporate gifting, festive & loyalty programs, and bulk institutional deals. - Build strong connects with decision-makers (HR, Admin, Procurement, Marketing, Dealer Networks) across industries. - Manage end-to-end sales cycle - prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closure. - Deliver against aggressive growth targets & scale Tirons B2B business PAN-India. - Collaborate with marketing & operations teams to ensure seamless execution. Qualifications Required: - 7-12 years of B2B sales experience (corporate gifting / institutional / channel sales / consumer durables). - Proven success in key account & enterprise sales. - Strong corporate connects across multiple regions in India. - Excellent negotiation, networking & relationship-building skills. - Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and capable of leading national accounts.
