Technical Manager Robotic Vacuum Cleaners

As the company expands rapidly, we are seeking a Technical Manager to enhance our product, sales, and service integration. As a Technical Manager at Tiron, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between engineering, service, and sales teams. Your expertise in robotic vacuum technology will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless and efficient customer experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Gain a deep understanding of robotic vacuum cleaners and sensor-based devices. - Train and support service engineers on product operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. - Collaborate with sales teams to explain technical features and support pre-sales discussions. - Lead root-cause analysis and work with R&D for product enhancements. - Develop and maintain technical manuals, guides, and training materials. - Facilitate communication between technical and sales teams for streamlined workflows. - Drive quality assurance, testing protocols, and performance evaluations. In terms of technical expertise, we are looking for someone with: - Strong foundation in Robotics & Mechatronics, including mechanical design, sensors (LiDAR, camera, bump), and actuators. - Hands-on experience with sensor-based consumer products. - Proficiency in Embedded Systems & Programming, particularly in C/C++, RTOS, and hardware interfacing. - Familiarity with SLAM, navigation, AI, and obstacle avoidance concepts. - Knowledge of PCB design, motor control, battery systems, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, and OTA updates. - Experience in testing, FMEA, and quality control. Qualifications required for the role include: - Bachelors or Masters in Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related field. - 5-10 years of experience in technical management, training, or consumer robotics. - Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
