Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Market Development
  • Develop account wise strategies for the sales team across various customer segments.
  • Identify growth opportunities and market trends related to sustainability, recyclability and competitive landscape.
Sales Planning, Forecasting & Demand Alignment
  • Prepare annual/quarterly sales plan to help the sales team to achieve their volume, value and profitability targets.
  • Drive accurate forecast in coordination with Supply Chain, Planning and Operations team and ensure capacity planning aligns with major customer acquisitions.
Sales Process Optimization
  • Standardize lead qualifications, proposal development, pricing approvals and support sales team in contract management.
  • Improve conversion rates and sales cycle for the new business development for efficiency in the onboarding process.
Sales Enablement
  • Build product pitch decks, pricing proposals, value selling frameworks, competitor analysis to support the sales team.
  • Support Account and Sales Managers during RFQs, Product Trials and Customer Audits.
Pricing, Profitability and Commercial Support
  • Evaluate customer profitability, discount structures, cost changes and price revisions.
  • Collaborate with pricing, commercial excellence and procurement team to create appropriate pricing structures.
  • Support Execution of strategic projects, product and portfolio expansion.

Skills Required

  • Sound understanding of flexible packaging business
  • Good Communication & Analytical skills
  • Should have the ability to develop strategies to drive key elements of sales and profitable growth.
  • High on Interpersonal Skills to deal with people - internal and external.
  • Professional with fair and balanced approach to resolve issues with the right perspective.
  • Operates with Highest levels of integrity & ethics.
