Roles And Responsibility

• Supplier Identification & Evaluation: Identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and conduct regular supplier assessments to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet business requirements, reduce costs, and enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Negotiation: Lead negotiations with suppliers on pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure the best value and alignment with business needs.
• Contract Management: Draft, review, and finalize supplier contracts to ensure favourable terms and compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues efficiently.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions where necessary to ensure compliance with agreed-upon standards.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions, price fluctuations, and other external factors that could impact sourcing and procurement processes
  

Role Specific Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is must.
• 7 -10 years of experience in sourcing, procurement or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of sourcing strategies, supplier evaluation techniques, and market analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and experience with ERP systems.
