Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and manage

    partnerships with BFSI institutions

    (banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, etc.) for vehicle care offerings.
  • Identify and close opportunities for collaboration that

    create win-win propositions

    for both

    BFSI partners and the organization.

  • Drive revenue growth by designing and implementing co-branded campaigns, tie-ups, and customer acquisition initiatives.
  • Build, maintain, and nurture long-term client relationships at senior stakeholder levels.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, pricing models, and commercials in alignment with business goals.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and execution of partnership-driven initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine sales and partnership strategies.
  • Track KPIs and provide regular reports on partnership performance, revenue impact, and pipeline health.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Business, Finance, Marketing

    , or related discipline; an

    MBA

    is preferred.
  • Minimum 

    6 years of sales/partnership experience exclusively in the BFSI sector

     (banking, financial services, or insurance).
  • Demonstrated success in driving B2B partnerships and managing large customer portfolios.
  •  Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  •  Strong business acumen with the

    ability to understand BFSI partner needs and align solutions

    accordingly.
  •  Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  •  Preferably experience in auto loans, motor insurance, or related vehicle-financing products (added advantage).
