Job Description

Role & Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. Identify, engage, and nurture partnerships to enhance service offerings and increase customer acquisition. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential partnership opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and mutual benefit. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions. Prepare and present sales proposals, contract negotiations, and closing deals to meet or exceed targets. Own & grow enterprise accounts through consultative sales Build deep CXO-level relationships with top-tier clients Customize and pitch YourStory’s brand and media solutions Track performance, drive renewals, and close high-value deals Collaborate across marketing, product, and delivery teams Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Proven track record in sales and partnership management. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to analyze market trends and consumer data. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Qualifactions and Experience- 6–10 years of experience in enterprise sales/account management Expertise in FSI or tech industry preferred Strong communication, presentation & solution-selling skills Track record of closing large deals & upselling to CXOs CRM proficiency and data-led sales discipline Strategic thinker with deep market awareness & business acumen Skills: solution selling,partnership management,interpersonal abilities,market analysis,consultative sales,communication skills,sales strategy,partnership development,negotiation skills,sales management,crm proficiency Show more Show less
