Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Partnership Manager to drive growth and expand C-Hub’s footprint in the EdTech sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing strong partnerships with schools and institutions, while also leading and motivating a high-performing sales team. This role combines strategic relationship management with hands-on execution, ensuring seamless integration of our solutions into partner institutions and driving impactful results.

Key responsibilities:

· Develop and execute strategies to onboard and integrate schools, colleges, and institutions into the C-Hub ecosystem.

· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector.

· Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and partnership targets.

· Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close deals with educational partners.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of services for institutional clients.

· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

· Provide regular performance reports and forecasts to senior management.

· Represent C-Hub at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and partnerships.

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

· 3–8 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably within the EdTech or education sector.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
