Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and manage all aspects of C-Hub’s digital presence. From strategy to execution, you will be responsible for driving brand visibility, managing social media platforms, and implementing impactful digital campaigns that engage students, institutions, and professionals. This role requires both creativity and analytical skills, with ownership of end-to-end digital initiatives that fuel growth and strengthen C-Hub’s position in the Ed-Tech ecosystem.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support business growth and brand positioning.
  • Manage social media channels, ensuring consistent messaging and engaging content that builds community and trust.
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, paid ads, etc.) to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the admissions and sales teams to align digital efforts with lead generation and business goals.
  • Analyze digital performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and ROI.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep C-Hub ahead in the competitive market.
  • Ensure C-Hub maintains a strong online presence across multiple platforms and digital touchpoints

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Technology, or any related field with relevant digital experience.
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful digital campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent creative and communication skills with an analytical mindset

Pay:

INR 20K -30K

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
