Job Description

As a Sales and Partnership Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market presence. - Identifying, engaging, and nurturing partnerships to enhance service offerings and increase customer acquisition. - Conducting market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential partnership opportunities. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and mutual benefit. - Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions. - Preparing and presenting sales proposals, contract negotiations, and closing deals to meet or exceed targets. - Owning and growing enterprise accounts through consultative sales. - Building deep CXO-level relationships with top-tier clients. - Customizing and pitching YourStory's brand and media solutions. - Tracking performance, driving renewals, and closing high-value deals. - Collaborating across marketing, product, and delivery teams. Qualifications and Experience: - 6-10 years of experience in enterprise sales/account management. - Expertise in FSI or tech industry preferred. - Strong communication, presentation, and solution-selling skills. - Track record of closing large deals and upselling to CXOs. - CRM proficiency and data-led sales discipline. - Strategic thinker with deep market awareness and business acumen. In addition to the above responsibilities, you must possess the following skills and qualifications: - Proven track record in sales and partnership management. - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to analyze market trends and consumer data. - Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
