Performance Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities As a Marketing Specialist, you will: Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement result-oriented marketing strategies across digital channels to drive lead generation. Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design and execute targeted ABM campaigns to engage decision-makers and key stakeholders. Ad Campaign Management: Plan, run, and optimize ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google to exceed performance goals. Email & WhatsApp Marketing: Use personalized outreach tactics to increase engagement through email and WhatsApp campaigns. AI-Powered Marketing Automation: Leverage the latest AI tools to streamline marketing processes and drive efficiency. Event and Webinar Campaigns: Oversee marketing efforts to maximize registrations and attendance for events and webinars. Requirements To thrive in this role, you should have: Proven experience in performance marketing and lead generation. Expertise in ABM strategies, managing ad platforms, and tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and others. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, and similar data analysis platforms. Hands-on experience with email marketing tools and marketing automation systems. A proven track record of driving Webinar and event acquisition campaigns. A passion for startups and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
