Educate customers on product offerings and match them with appropriate solutions.
Consistently deliver on month-over-month productivity for allocated product lines.
Contribute to the overall performance of the virtual sales channel.
Reach out to non-managed bank customers to pitch a bouquet of products using structured calling scripts.
Use probing questions to identify and understand customer needs.
Explain product features and benefits effectively during customer onboarding.
Promote multi-product adoption to increase wallet share within the bank s customer base.
Ensure call quality, daily call count, time on system, and sales conversions meet defined standards.
Accurately capture customer disposition and feedback during interactions.
Incorporate feedback from supervisors or trainers to enhance customer engagement.
Maintain minimum Required Productive Calls (RPC) daily/monthly as per KPIs.
Educate customers on the bank s digital products and services.
Highlight convenience and value in digital banking solutions.
Drive digital adoption among non-managed customers to improve engagement and usage.
Adhere to all regulatory and organizational guidelines related to telecalling and product promotion.
Follow floor discipline and dialer hygiene parameters strictly.
Ensure compliance with all telecalling standards and digital selling protocols.
