Job Summary:

We are a prominent public limited company engaged in the manufacturing and global export of ferroalloys. As we continue to expand our international footprint, we are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our export sales efforts. The role demands strategic leadership in business development, client management, and international marketing while driving consistent revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies targeting global markets in the steel, foundry, and metallurgical industries.
• Manage and mentor the Sales & Marketing team to achieve sales targets and enhance market presence.
• Identify, evaluate, and penetrate new international markets and customers.
• Build and sustain long-term partnerships with overseas buyers, agents, and distributors.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle including quotation, negotiation, order execution, and after-sales support.
• Participate in global trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company and its products.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing strategies; recommend necessary adaptations.
• Liaise with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and manage all export documentation effectively.
• Leverage CRM and digital platforms for lead generation, client management, and marketing automation.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proven track record in industrial sales, preferably in ferroalloys or heavy metals.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and export documentation processes.
• Deep understanding of international trade practices, INCOTERMS, and global logistics.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.

Compensation & Benefits:

• CTC Range: 5.0 – 5.5 LPA
• Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Office
• No Hybrid / WFH available
