Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client accounts within the mining and industrial sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, presentations, and communication.
  • Oversee lead generation, pipeline management, and closure of high-value deals.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, email, paid ads) to increase brand visibility and inbound leads.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback studies to align strategies with industry trends.
  • Create and deliver impactful marketing collateral, presentations, and proposals.
  • Collaborate with operations and product teams to tailor solutions as per client needs.
  • Train, mentor, and manage a team of sales and marketing executives to drive performance.
  • Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and present performance insights to management.


Qualifications & Skills


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in

    B2B/technology/industrial solutions

    .
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is compulsory.

  • Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, digital marketing platforms, and MS Office/Google Workspace.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with data-driven decision-making.

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and on-site visits.
