Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Sambalpur for a Field Executive. The Field Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day mining operations, ensuring compliance with safety and operational guidelines, conducting site inspections, and coordinating with drivers and machinery operators. This role involves monitoring performance, preparing and analyzing reports, assisting with maintenance schedules, and providing support to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Experience in overseeing field operations, site inspections, and compliance monitoring
Skills in report analysis, performance monitoring, and data interpretation
Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Effective communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
Experience in the mining industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
