Job Description

Position: Field Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Field Executive to support our operational activities. The role involves on-ground coordination, document handling, and timely movement between client locations, offices, and operational points.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out daily field activities as assigned, including document collection, submission, and coordination with clients and internal departments.
Ensure timely delivery of documents and materials to the designated locations.
Support the operations team with field visits related to logistics, compliance, and client servicing.
Maintain proper records of field tasks completed and update reporting managers regularly.
Build and maintain good working relationships with clients and operational partners.
Adhere to company protocols, timelines, and service standards.

Eligibility & Requirements:

Must possess a personal bike for field movements.
Must hold a valid driving licence.
Prior experience as a Field Executive or in a similar field-based role is preferred.
Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle documents and confidential information with care.
